Will Norman is a London based director known for his surreal and playful approach to storytelling across commercials and music videos.
His music videos have reached millions of viewers through Eyecaandy, been featured on Shots.net and It’s Nice That, and led to a talk at Nicer Tuesdays about his miniature filled, model train driven video TMNT, featuring some of London’s biggest MCs.
In advertising, Will has reimagined Domino’s with an 80s inspired campaign and transformed Drip Water into a parody of high fashion perfume ads, blending humour, craft, and cinematic flair.
Will began his career in documentary filmmaking. One Last Lecture examined his father’s neurological condition, earning BBC and ITV coverage and raising funds for the MSA Trust. His follow up, My Brother Bob, explored the meaning of quality of life and went on to win Best Documentary at the UKFF.
Now focused on visually inventive, VFX-heavy storytelling, Will builds worlds that are both imaginative and emotionally resonant. His work balances bold ideas with a sense of fun, always aiming to create something memorable with real world impact.
